We hope you love your 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁 purchases, however, if there is a problem with the item, we will happily issue a refund or store credit for non-sale items.
Returns must be requested by email to lisa.bruno.polefit@gmail.com within 𝟏𝟒 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping to the address provided in the return authorization email is at the customer expense.
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲 items may be returned for store credit only.
Swimwear and intimates may be returned for a 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned items must be returned with packing slip and in resale-able condition.
Return items that have been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Swimwear and intimates must be returned with hygiene strips intact. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear and lingerie over your underwear. We do not accept exchanges that are worn, soiled, or stained.

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, you will receive an email notification of your refund or store credit.
Refunds are usually paid within 7-10 business days of receiving the items back in saleable condition.
Please keep proof of postage and packing on all returns.
Note: We do not offer refunds on sale items.
𝗙𝗔𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗬 𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗠
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, we require video proof that it arrived damaged. To register your complaint, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at lisa.bruno.polefit@gmail.com with a video of you opening your parcel.
Please note that damage caused by wear and tear is not considered faulty.
